Butterflies can only fly if their wing muscles are warm. To warm up, they bask in the sun and get energy for their wings.

Climate Change

Climate change refers to a change in average weather conditions. Human activities have also been identified as significant causes of recent climate change, often referred to as ‘Global warming’. Scientists actively work to understand the changes in climate through observations. Instrument climate models are used to examine the role of sun and its radiation in global warming.
